Happy Friday! What a busy week I’ve had. I think I had a meeting every day after school, which I am not a fan of. Needless to say, I am SO ready for the long weekend. This week’s finds include a super cute sweater, a pre-made mocktail, and a yummy looking dinner.
Super Cute Sweater
I found this super cute sweater that is perfect for Valentine’s Day. The blue and white stripes scream France to me (which I LOVE) and the heart gives it a playful holiday feel. It’s also wicked soft which makes it super cozy. It is a little cropped which I’m not used to but I still really like it.
Amalfi Spritz
Dry January is super easy with delicious premade mocktails! I have been loving the Amalfi Spritz by Lyre Spirits. It tastes SO much like an Aperol Spritz with it’s bitter orange flavor and is the perfect at home happy hour beverage. Serve it in a wine glass with a orange twist and you feel like you’re sipping a Prosecco filled cocktail during Apero. For locals I found this at Bow Street Beverage in Portland! (I may have bought them all.)
Pakistani Style Chicken Biryani
I may whip up this Biryani for Sunday Supper this weekend. It is a free recipe on Milk Street right now, so print it off while you can! I make a lot of recipes from Milk Street and they rarely disappoint. This one looks really flavorful but I feel like when I try to make Indian food at home the flavors don’t pop as much as when I go to an actual restaurant, so I may increase the spice amount.
